At KURMATO SOFTDEVELOP PRIVATE LIMITED, we do not offer refunds once a service agreement is signed or work has started. Please read the following key points:
1.No Refunds
Once work has commenced, all payments are non-refundable. This applies to all services, including web Development , App Development & digital marketing.
2. Project Termination
If a project is terminated early by the client, payment for work completed up to that point is still required.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in extreme cases where there is a breach of contract or error on our part, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-8 working days.
